These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the milwim platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on milwim, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below. Please read carefully — this is a binding legal agreement between you and milwim.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the milwim platform. CNIC-based age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. milwim reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
All bonuses offered by milwim carry wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk staking patterns, or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
All transactions on milwim are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the timeframes stated in the Payments section of these Terms. milwim does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply its own charges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your milwim login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. milwim strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a unique password not shared with other services.
milwim is committed to responsible gaming. Players showing signs of problem gambling may have deposit limits, loss limits, or self-exclusion applied to their account either at their own request or proactively by milwim's responsible gaming team. The 21+ age restriction is non-negotiable and enforced strictly.
The use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on milwim is strictly prohibited. Fraud, money laundering, match-fixing facilitation, and collusion between players are criminal offences and will be reported to the relevant Pakistani authorities.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and milwim ("milwim", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the milwim website located at milwim.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereunder (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and use milwim, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
KYC Verification: milwim applies CNIC-based Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Your first withdrawal cannot be processed until identity verification is complete. Verification documents requested may include your CNIC (front and back), a selfie with CNIC, and proof of payment method ownership.
Each individual may hold only one milwim account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.
Once registered, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your milwim account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. milwim will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
You must notify milwim immediately at the contact address provided in these Terms if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. milwim will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
milwim reserves the right to request updated identity documents or additional verification at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction until compliance is achieved.
Account Dormancy: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. milwim will notify you via the registered contact method before any dormancy fee or account closure procedure is initiated. Dormancy fees, if applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero.
milwim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit on milwim is PKR 50. There is no maximum deposit limit set at the platform level, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your milwim wallet instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one working day to reflect.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed according to the following indicative timeframes:
milwim applies a strict same-method withdrawal policy wherever technically possible: funds deposited via JazzCash must be withdrawn back to JazzCash, and so forth. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to protect our players against fraud.
AML Policy: milwim is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a legitimate source of funds may be frozen pending investigation. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to relevant Pakistani financial intelligence authorities.

milwim reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest pricing error (i.e., odds that were clearly published incorrectly due to a system fault), or in circumstances where milwim has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome (match-fixing, insider information).
For live PSL and international cricket markets, bets are accepted up to the moment the market is suspended. Once a market is suspended, no further bets will be accepted regardless of any delay in the Platform reflecting that suspension on your screen. Bets that are technically accepted after a market suspension due to latency may be voided at milwim's discretion.
The minimum and maximum stake per bet are displayed in the relevant betting interface and are subject to change. milwim reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific accounts or markets without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milwim Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Pakistani law enforcement authorities where applicable:
Zero Tolerance: milwim operates a zero-tolerance policy on match-fixing and money laundering. All suspicious activity is logged, investigated, and where required reported directly to the relevant Pakistani financial intelligence and law enforcement bodies.
milwim is deeply committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the account settings panel, without the need to contact customer support:

Personal data collected by milwim — including CNIC details, contact information, payment method data, and betting history — is used solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, complying with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and improving the player experience. milwim does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third-party advertisers.
milwim implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no digital transmission is entirely without risk, and players should take their own precautions when accessing the Platform on shared devices or public networks.
All content on the milwim Platform — including but not limited to the milwim brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of milwim or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content.
Any unauthorised use of milwim's intellectual property — including the use of the milwim name, logo, or branding in any third-party context without prior written consent — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milwim's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
milwim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of reputation — even if milwim has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
milwim does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability. milwim will endeavour to restore service as quickly as practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
Note: Nothing in this clause limits milwim's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.
milwim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where milwim has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination for cause, milwim reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned in full. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
You may close your milwim account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two working days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after final account review.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which milwim is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through milwim's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration forums specified by milwim's licensing authority.
milwim operates an internal complaints resolution process as the first step for any player dispute. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint must do so in writing to the contact address in Section 15 of these Terms. milwim will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
milwim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, milwim will provide advance notice via a banner notification on the Platform or by email to your registered contact address, where feasible.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and request voluntary account closure as described in Section 12.
