Registered milwim players based in Pakistan have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of their personal data. Verification Requirement: For security purposes, milwim will verify your identity before processing any data rights request. This typically involves confirming your registered mobile number and CNIC details. This step protects you against fraudulent data access requests by third parties.
milwim enforces a strict 21+ age policy. The milwim Platform is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by individuals under the age of 21. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously and implement CNIC-based age verification as the primary safeguard against underage access.
milwim does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under 21 years of age. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under 21, that account will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited will be returned to the originating payment method following identity investigation. All data collected in connection with an underage account will be deleted or anonymised as soon as it is no longer required for the investigation.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has attempted to register on milwim, please contact us immediately at the address provided in Section 13. We will investigate and take appropriate action as a matter of priority.
21+ Only: By registering on milwim, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Providing a false date of birth constitutes a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
milwim reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made — for example, if we begin collecting a new category of data or change how we share data with third parties — we will notify you via a prominent banner on the Platform or, where we hold your contact details, via direct notification to your registered mobile number or email address.
Non-material changes, such as clarifications of existing practices or corrections of typographical errors, will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page without separate notification. Continued use of the milwim Platform after a Policy revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
